We seek a team player for our commercial and high-end residential jobs to join our cohesive group.

Job Summary
As a Plumber Foreman, you’ll oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and/or commercial projects. You’ll supervise a team of plumbers and apprentices, coordinate with project managers, and maintain safety and compliance standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervises and leads plumbing crews on job sites
  2. Interprets blueprints and job specifications
  3. Ensures compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations
  4. Coordinates with other trades and site supervisors
  5. Orders materials and manages inventory
  6. Performs inspections and quality control
  7. Trains and mentors junior plumbers and apprentices
  8. Maintains accurate records of work performed and time spent
  9. Performs additional assignments as requested and maintains a teamwork attitude.
Qualifications:
  • Valid RI journeyman/master plumber license (state-specific)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role as a Plumbing Foreman in a commercial setting
  • Strong understanding of plumbing codes, systems, tools, and materials
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able and willing to join the UA local #51. 
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Must have strong verbal and written skills in English to complete necessary paperwork and communicate well with clients.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing with acceptable driving record.
