Aero Mechanical, Inc., one of the leading mechanical contractors in the area, has an exciting opportunity for a HVAC Service Sales Rep to focus on new business-to-business account development of HVAC service contracts for the southeastern MA territory.  Join our team of professionals as you apply your sales knowledge and skills in obtaining commercial service contracts. 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develops and qualifies leads within respective territory for Preventive Maintenance agreements through cold-calling and lead generation efforts and assists in nurturing new clients into long term customers.
  • Surveys customer sites to determine the customers' relevant HVAC maintenance needs.
  • Assesses the labor and material resources required to support customer maintenance through use of maintenance estimating software.
  • Generates Preventive Maintenance Agreement proposals for the maintenance of a wide range of HVAC equipment.
  • Meets sales targets.
  • Communicates the company's core value of safety and project-specific safety requirements, goals, and objectives.
  • Maintains and promotes a teamwork attitude.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience is required, with proven ability to develop own leads, develop relationships and close sales.
  • Must have associate’s degree, trade experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • HVAC experience helpful.
  • Self-starter, articulate and dependable- goal driven and self-motivated.
  • Outgoing, upbeat personality.
  • Must project a positive and professional image.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel).
  • Must have strong verbal and written skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without needing current or future sponsorship.
