Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, motivated and self-driven recent grad to fill our open role of Construction PM Assistant. In addition to administrative work within the office contributing to project contract administration and field quality assurance, the individual will gain valuable experience in the field on a variety of different sheet metal projects.

Job responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager(s) in preparing for project meetings and generation of status reports. You will work closely with highly skilled, professional project managers and staff. Must be self-motivated, willing to learn, and extremely organized. Get your foot in the door with a great company. Will consider a new grad.

Qualifications:
  • Recent grad preferably in Construction Management, HVAC or related field.
  • Proactive attitude with a desire to excel.
  • Previous experience in an office setting.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize effectively and support project management staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Create and present solutions to potential problems.
  • Computer savvy, able to learn software and utilize web.
  • Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
